Situated on a perfect little knoll in the woods, you will have a lovely 360 degree view of the rich and diverse forests of East Texas. Pine Mills Pottery is right next door. Are you a birder or a nature-lover? There are birds galore right in the forests around you here. We listen to Barred Owls calling most every night, and Pileated Woodpeckers saying good morning just about every day. Peace and Quiet Cottage is located where the Central Flyway and the Mississippi Flyway converge, so it is a haven for birdwatchers year-round.
